Harkara tells the story of Madheshwaran (Castro), a postman who lived in British India during the 19th century. Madheshwaran is a skilled martial artist and a loyal servant of the British. However, his loyalty is tested when he is ordered to deliver a message that could lead to the deaths of innocent people.
Harkara is a well-intentioned film with a strong message about patriotism and sacrifice. However, the film suffers from a weak screenplay and uneven pacing.
